Order Cancellation

Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing or shipment. Customers are requested to carefully review product details and order information before completing their purchase.

Refund Policy

All products purchased from Space Diecast Studio are generally non-refundable. Once an order has been successfully placed and payment is confirmed, refunds will not normally be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective during transit, please contact us within 24hrs  Via our whatsapp or email.

To process your request, please provide:

• Order number
• Clear images of the damaged product
• Images of the outer packaging
• An unboxing/opening video recorded on the day of receiving the package

The opening video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time without cuts or edits.

After reviewing the request, we may provide:

• Replacement product (subject to availability), or
• Return approval with refund, or
• Store credit or another suitable resolution

Requests submitted without an opening/unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.

Return Approval

If a return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all accessories included.

Shipping Issues

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services and logistics partners. While Space Diecast Studio works to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
